2. Projects are the best way to build transferable career-ready skills including self-direction and management, critical thinking and problem solving, media literacy and technology skills.

3. Team projects build social awareness and collaboration skills.  

4. Using design thinking skills to attacking new situations and constructing projects prepares young people for a life full of novelty and complexity.
